This may include members\u2019 names, categories (e.g. gents 50+ recurve), scores, classifications, and dates of achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Why:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 To recognise and celebrate members\u2019 sporting achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 To maintain accurate historical club records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 To promote engagement and participation in the sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 To ensure transparency in record keeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 To provide members and visitors with information about performance standards within the club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Necessity Test<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Publishing records publicly is the most practical and expected way to communicate results to members and the wider archery community. Alternative options (e.g. private circulation only) would limit transparency and reduce the club\u2019s ability to celebrate achievements or maintain shared historical records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public results are an established norm in archery (e.g. tournament results, Archery GB rankings), so this method is proportionate and consistent with wider practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
