This tool helps you see the Indoor scores you need for each Archery GB classification for your chosen round, and (optionally) how many times you’d need to shoot that round to reach Archer, Bowman, or Master Bowman+.
How to use it
- Choose your bow style, gender, and age group.
- Pick a round from the list.
- The table shows the distances, number of arrows, and the required scores.
Read across to see what you need for each level. - The small line under the round title (if shown) says, e.g.
“Archer: shoot 2 times • Bowman: shoot 3 times • Master Bowman+: shoot 3 times”
That’s how many times you’d typically need to shoot this round to qualify. - Use “Show award counts” to hide or show that line.
Helpful notes
- If a box is blank, that classification doesn’t apply for your current selection.
- Master Bowman+ results usually need Record Status events; Bowman often needs competitive events. Your club can confirm what counts.
- Treat this as a guide—always check with the records officer or Archery GB for the latest rules.
If you’re new: start by picking a familiar round, note the Archer score, and give it a go. Ask a coach or experienced club member if you’re unsure about any of the settings.
